Theodore Shreve

Theodore Shreve was a second-class passenger on the Valencia going to Seattle. A resident of Los Angeles, Shreve was 40 years old and on his way to Montana to look after farming interests and was visiting a friend in Seattle on his way. His body was recovered, though unidentified and buried in Victoria weeks after the disaster in a grave marked XIII. In late February his wife in Los Angeles, who had not heard from him, discovered he was on the Valencia. A photograph and description of him was sent and used to identify the description of body XIII.
