Albert Karr

Albert Karr was a second-class passenger on the Valencia heading to Vancouver. A resident of Collingwood, a suburb of Vancouver. He went to San Francisco on a business trip and was returning on the Valencia. He had been on the City of Puebla when it broke its propellor shaft and nearly wrecked off the mouth of the Columbia River. The Valencia replaced the Puebla while getting repairs. Mr. Karr had a wife and a family of small children in Collingwood. His body was never recovered.
